Can't wait to cook it before we eat it!

We really encourage you to involve your children in the kitchen. Its a great way to encourage your kids to try new food and tackle that fussy eating behavior. We LOVE messy play.

The one "but" i guess is that they might want to taste the mixture before its cooked and we really don't want to discourage that.

I have found a few egg free recipes that would be considered safe for consumption when "raw". While they are high in fat/sugar, they are not completely empty calories - all these recipes offer some nutritional value.
