Megan Marshall's Story...

“I constantly go between wanting you to be my baby forever and excited about all the amazing things you’ll do in this life” said every parent ever, including me!
Hi! I’m Megan, a registered dietitian with a special interest in paediatrics and mum of two.

I qualified as a dietitian at the University of KwaZulu Natal. After an adventurous community service year where I was nearly attacked by a black mamba I moved to the UK. There are no snakes there!

I worked across the country from top to bottom gaining valuable experience in the clinical, community and food service components of dietetics. I have had the pleasure of tending to various nutritional needs in adults, PAEDS and neonates but I fell in love with paediatric dietetics and that’s where I chose to work.
For the past 8 years I have had the privilege of working in the some of the country’s biggest children's hospitals gaining further experience in paediatric nephrology, cardiology, type 1 diabetes, enteral feeding and allergy.

The growth and development of your child is an exciting yet daunting prospect. I can help to optimise this by providing complete nutrition solutions for the healthy child, the unwell child and the family!

Oh and it’s lovely to be home!
