This is a great stock recipe because there is no added salt.
You could use any choice of meat, leftover meat or just keep it veggie.
You don't have to follow it to the tee. I don't always have the ingredients it asks for so I just chuck in any vegetables or herbs I have in the fridge or just whatever takes my fancy.
As a family, we all eat the same food. There is never a meal that we have to cook something special for anyone in particular. This means that the food has to always be healthy for children but still tasty for the adults. This stock serves that exact purpose with NO ADDED salt.
